January is National Mentoring Month. In light of this, Heavy D has written a very nice post about Diddy over at Global Grind, saying that Diddy became a mentor to him.

He also talks about Diddy's struggles and obstacles when he was coming up and how their relationship grew when Heavy D brought a young Mr. Combs everywhere with him. Check it out, it's a good read.

The Sean John blog has details on the "pop up" shop that launched today in Miami. A "pop up" shop is a temporary retail location aimed at taking advantage of some sort of rush in traffic or potential customers.

Miami will play host to the National Football League Pro Bowl on January 31 and the Super Bowl on February 7. Houston Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson and rapper Rick Ross will host events during the store's brief run.

Yesterday, we reported that the official Diddy Beats website had a special offer for pre-orders of the new Diddy inspired headphones. The offer was a sample from Dirty Money's upcoming album, "Last Train to Paris," as well as a limited edition t-shirt.

We also mentioned that Best Buy was now accepting orders, too, but did not have any mention of the pre-order bonuses. Well, I've confirmed with MONSTER, the company responsible for the manufacturing of Diddy Beats, that Best Buy will be providing the very same offer and they have now added pink to their online store. So, you can pre-order from either site and receive the bonuses.

The official Diddy Beats site has launched. As has a special pre-sale offer with Beats by Dr. Dre. If you pre-order one of three colors from them for $149, you'll receive a free t-shirt and a sample from Diddy's next album, "Last Train to Paris." It's unclear what the sample will consist of, but I am attempting to find out.

Best Buy also has the black and white models for pre-order, but does not make any mention of the special t-shirt and sample offer. Update: Best Buy will have the pre-order offer, as well, and has added pink to their lineup.

The product pages on the Diddy Beats site say that the headphones will be available in April. Earlier today, the official Sean John blog suggested they would be available in March.

Clizbeats.com has an interview with D.A. Wallach, one half of the duo Chester French. The interview is focused around the making of the "Ciroc Star" music video, which premiered earlier today.

The music video for Chester French's "Ciroc Star" has premiered online and you can check it out below. The track features Diddy, Jadakiss and Clinton Sparks. The video has cameos from Rick Ross, will.i.am, apl.d.ap, Floyd Mayweather and Cassie. It was directed by Spiff TV.

For the video, "Hangover 2" has been added to the title and it seems to fit as the video is more of a montage of a fun weekend as opposed to a traditional music video.
