Yesterday, Diddy
made an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" to promote "I Am King".
During the interview portion of the show, Ellen asked him how many TV shows he was responsible for and he named the usual suspects. But, he also named a new one, called "Daddy's Girls". You can consider it a spin-off of "Run's House," as the show is about Rev. Run's daughters, Vanessa and Angela Simmons.
Specifically:
... Daddy's Girls follows Vanessa and Angela as they officially leave the comforts of the family home in New Jersey to run their own business and live full-time in Los Angeles. Will they be able to keep in mind the invaluable moral lessons their father has instilled in them as they navigate the fast lane?
Here's the trailer:
The nominees for the Golden Globes were
announced today and "A Raisin in the Sun" earned a nomination. "I really did not think it could get any better," Diddy said upon learning of the nomination. "First, an Emmy nomination and now a Golden Globe -- this is an incredible honor. A dream come true."
