Earlier this month, in an interview with Pulse Radio, house and electronic-focused music producer Guy Gerber revealed that he just finished a collaborative album with Diddy. He said that the album would be "more electronic music," as opposed to "deep house" or "clubby" music.

Back in September, Diddy mentioned on Twitter that he was working with Gerber in the studio.

Gerber, who produced the "Intro" on Dirty Money's "Last Train to Paris," said that he was "just adding finishing touches to it" and that it will be his "main album for next year."

According to him, the album is currently untitled. He joked that he might name it "Showdown with Doctor Pepper." No release date has been announced.

Back in December, just before the release of Dirty Money's "Last Train to Paris," Diddy released a behind the scenes video of the final days of the album. In that clip, we heard a snippet of an unreleased record featuring rapper Ludacris.

Earlier this month, the record appeared online as "Tomorrow Tonite."

Within the half hour, DJ, artist and producer Clinton Sparks posted the track up for free download, revealing that he and DJ Snake had produced it. I like the record a lot - let me know what you think about it in the comments.

Joseph Patterson of MTV UK's The Wrap Up filed a story from the London listening party for Dirty Money's "Last Train to Paris" last Thursday. It's interesting to read, from this side of the pond, how much it means for Diddy to co-sign some of the U.K. hip hop artists. Diddy introduced Skepta, Chipmunk, Tinchy Stryder and Wretch 32 to the audience as Team U.K.

Last year, Skepta and Stryder both appeared on remixes to Dirty Money's "Hello Good Morning."

Back in December, behind the scenes footage from the mixing sessions for Dirty Money's "Last Train to Paris" revealed a collaboration with Ludacris that did not make the album.

This record, labeled "Tomorrow Tonight" has appeared online in a couple of different forms (one featuring more vocals from Ludacris than the other). There is no word about the track from Diddy, Dawn Richard, Kalenna or Ludacris on Twitter, but hopefully it'll make the uncut record, if that comes to fruition.

In an interview with kalenna.webs.com, shared on her Twitter profile, Kalenna of Dirty Money reflected on how Dirty Money's "Last Train to Paris" album has been received, what might happen to unreleased material, her upcoming solo project and more.

Being that You, Dawn, and Diddy have recorded so many songs for the album - Will we get a chance to hear any unreleased material?

We are not sure, it depends on what Puff wants to do with the rest of the material. You never know, there may be songs that when we go into the studio that we might want to finish or take to another level, or just use on our solo projects. I mean there are enough songs in the vault, so Puff wonít mind if we take one or two.

In December, I wrote about Chris Gethard's efforts to get Diddy to appear on his monthly live comedy show and how Diddy had agreed to appear on the show in January. That night was tonight and the show began about a half hour ago at New York's UCB Theatre.

First and foremost, congrats to Mr. Gethard. As I mentioned in that previous story, I really admire the way he went at this whole idea - there was a sense of humility and good nature here that, unfortunately, we don't see enough. He earned this night and I hope it's a great one.

Gethard penned an article at Spitsider where he reflects on the whole 13 month long journey and his interactions with Diddy. It's a great read.

People made fun of me throughout the year, but I never gave up. To me, #diddygethard has gone from being a bit to being a phrase that means ďnever give upĒ and ďbe stubborn in the face of doubtersĒ and ďdo what you do even if other people make fun of you for itĒ. I know thatís cheesy, but itís true. The phrase #diddygethard has taken on this weird emotional meaning for me.

Earlier today, CNN reported that the investigation into the death of The Notorious B.I.G. had been "reinvigorated" with new information.

TMZ has some creation from the late rapper's estate, quoting attorney Perry R. Sanders, Jr.

According to Sanders, they are "greatly pleased with any advancement" of the investigation and that they want to "make certain [they] don't interfere in the investigation."

It had been indicated that the prior dismissal of a wrongful death suit against the City of Los Angeles would allow authorities the freedom to take a better look at the case without fear of repercussion in the lawsuit.

"Their number one concern has always been the resolution of the criminal investigation," Sanders said.

Posted by Patrick
Back in April, the wrongful death case filed against the City of Los Angeles by The Notorious B.I.G.'s estate was dismissed. At that time, estate attorney Bradley C. Cage suggested that the dismissal would allow investigators to continue to analyze the case without fear of liability in the lawsuit.

CNN's Ted Rowlands reports that that is exactly what has happened: local and federal authorities, including the Los Angeles Police Department, the L.A. Country District Attorney's Office and the FBI, are actively investigating leads. This is according to two sources "familiar with the investigation."

One source told CNN that the efforts to solve the case had been "reinvigorated" months ago due to new information. Due to the currently active investigation, no further details were provided.
