It was on this day 7 years ago that I launched Bad Boy Blog. I wanted to create a publication that fans could trust, that would cover both the good and bad of Bad Boy.

In honor of this milestone, I would like to take a moment to thank everyone who has supported this outlet. Everyone who subscribes via RSS, Twitter, Facebook or elsewhere. Anyone who has ever provided me with a kind word. It means a lot to me. Thank you for your support and kindness.

Sincerely,

Mac Miller and Vince Staples have created a new game: "I Heard Diddy." You can watch them play in the video below, a bonus clip from the latest episode Mac Miller & The Most Dope Family. The game plays off of Diddy's longevity in entertainment with the players making up highly suspect facts as they go. Examples:

"Diddy was friends with Walt Disney"
"I heard Diddy was Bruce Lee's first agent"
"Diddy grades all the SATs and they tell you it's a machine, but it's really just Diddy with a red pen"

Alicia Adejobi of Entertainmentwise wrote last week that it appeared that Myla Sinanaj, best known for being linked to Kris Humphries, had signed to Bad Boy Records.

This was based on two pictures posted on Twitter where she said that she was working at Daddy's House followed by an ambiguous "nobody fresher than my clique #BadBoy" tweet.

Though Daddy's House is Bad Boy's recording studio, plenty of non-Bad Boy artists visit and work within it. At any rate, just to be safe, I reached out to Bad Boy's marketing department and they confirmed that Sinanaj is not signed and that she was just visiting Daddy's House while another client was in the studio working.

Last month, Vinny Cha$e posted a photo with Diddy with an ambiguous description, leading some to speculate that he had signed to Bad Boy.

At the time, I did what I could to calm that speculation, explaining that the description itself was vague enough to have multiple meanings. It could simply speak to Diddy offering support to Cha$e and the work that he is doing.

Sure enough, Cha$e has confirmed to XXL that he has inked a deal with Epic Records.

This claim was made via press release (below), though they didn't cite what the previous biggest launch, or the record they had broken, was. AQUAhydrate says that they received 2 billion media impressions from the press coverage that was generated.

"We are here to make an impact and show the world we are serious about AQUAhydrate," says Diddy. "When I commit to something, I put everything I have behind it. Mark and I are very passionate about AQUAhydrate and the balance it brings to our lives. Mark my words, we will be number one and I challenge anyone to find a better product!"

French Montana stopped by POWER 105.1 FM's The Breakfast Club for an interview, which you can watch below. One of the topics they discussed was the issues between him and 50 Cent.

"I don't play both sides of the fence," he said. "Rozay is my brother. And that's what it is. I've got no problem with homie. But if my man got a problem with you, I've got to stay away from you. It's plain and simple. I'm not gonna fake the funk. That's my dog and that's what it is. Home team."

He also revealed that his next single, after "Freaks," will be a solo track titled "I Ain't Worried About Nothing." He said it should be out in a few weeks.

Felix da Housecat has a new EP dropping soon and, in an interview with Vibe, he credited Diddy for helping to spread his audience to a wider audience.

"I was one of the first black cats to be doing it crossover," he said. "And you know what's so funny, I think it was Puffy who brought my sounds to the black folks. Knowing him over the years, I looked to him as my big brother, and whenever I would be at his house or in his studio, he would tell every hip-hop or R&B artist, 'you don't know who Felix da Housecat is? Yo, you need to get with.' So he pretty much had my back with my black folks."
