Well, it was basically assumed after the changes to Bad Boy Online and Young City's official site, but it's official: Young City is no longer a part of Bad Boy.

03/23: Young City Off of Bad Boy?

That appears to be the case. His site has been updated to remove the Bad Boy South logo and underneath his name, it says "Young Riders Ent."
