According to her MySpace, Babs will be hosting a party (featuring performances by Maino and Uncle Murder) at The Lab in Brooklyn on January 19.

According to a message posted by her publicist on her MySpace, Babs is in the hospital and had kidney surgery this morning. Here's to a speedy recovery.

In an interview with Sub0, Foxy Brown called Babs her "right hand" saying she doesn't go anywhere without her. From watching those short clips, it looks like Foxy and Babs have really developed a very good friendship. Good stuff. Babs participates in the interview, as well.

According to a bulletin from Babs' MySpace, she will be presenting at the Urban Music Awards on July 7 at the Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC. You can buy tickets online.

According to a bulletin sent out by Babs' MySpace, Babs will be featured on Foxy Brown's upcoming single. Foxy Brown's next album, "Black Roses," is slated for a September 6 release.

The bulletin also mentions that Babs will be going on tour in Africa with Foxy.
