Jay-Z released his new album, "Magna Carta Holy Grail," today exclusively to Samsung Galaxy users who installed a dedicated app. The album features "Jay Z Blue (Daddy Dearest)," which contains samples of The Notorious B.I.G.'s "My Downfall," in the form of vocals from Biggie and Jay-Z reciting some of the lines himself.

Back in July of 2011, prison inmate Clayton Hill made headlines when he claimed that he had once harbored a man who claimed to have killed The Notorious B.I.G.

Marcus K. Garner of The Atlanta-Journal Constitution reports that Hill has escaped from prison. According to Deputy U.S. Marshal Clay M. Cleveland, officials indicated that he had simply "walked off the grounds."

In addition to the white version we received here in the U.S., Rhino UK released a limited gold vinyl of The Notorious B.I.G.'s "Ready to Die" for Record Store Day in the United Kingdom.

Via Rhino UK and Piccadilly Records, which indicates that it was limited to a run of 250.

April 20 was Record Store Day, a yearly event that began in 2008 to celebrate record stores. As part of the festivities, exclusive vinyl releases are produced. Among this year's offering was a special white vinyl release of The Notorious B.I.G.'s "Ready to Die," with the alternate cover, from Rhino. It is limited to just 3,000 copies. You can find some on eBay.
