05/07: Warner Withdraws Offer for Death Row Assets
Back in February, we
reported that Warner Music Group, which Bad Boy is a part of, was the lead bidder for the remaining assets of Death Row Records.
The May 10 issue of Billboard reports that they have withdrew their bid. Entertainment One, the parent company of Koch, is now the lead bidder, bidding $23 million, which was $2 million less than Warner had planned to offer.
