According to
his MySpace, Willie Taylor (of Day26) will be honored in his hometown of Harvey, Illinois on July 4.
The city will name that day for Day26 and change the name of 149th Street to Willie Taylor Avenue. Day26 is slated to perform as part of the event, which begins at 12:00 PM at 153rd and Broadway. There will be a picnic following the performance and fireworks are scheduled for later in the evening at Thornton football field.

Day26 will be performing on June 29 in New York at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York, NY, as part of HOT 97's Dr. Pepper School's Out Concert '08.

Singersroom.com reports that Day26 will be premiering their new video on
MTV's FNMTV on Friday at 8:00 PM ET.
We've added "In My Bed (DJ Version)" by Day26 featuring Diddy to our
audio player, along with the album version of "In My Bed", as well as the new single, "Since You've Been Gone". The "DJ Version" adds an intro from Diddy.
The
Post-Dispatch reports that Day26 will be performing at the Old Glory Amphitheater (at Six Flags St. Louis) on June 26 at 7:00 PM.
