Janelle Monae has announced that her new single, "Q.U.E.E.N.," will be released on her website on April 22, 2013 at 7:54 PM ET. Essence reports that it will be from her next album, "The Electric Lady."

The song is included in the Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance categories. The GRAMMY Awards will air on February 10 at 8 PM ET on CBS.
