From MTV.com:
... Block says he has a movie in the works for which he's hoping to bring together MCs to make a posse joint.
"We got a deal with Paramount Pictures and Ice Cube too," he said. "Me and Ice Cube going to shoot a movie. It's called 'Down by Law.' It used to be a gang in Atlanta called Down by Law. Basically, it's gonna be like a 'Boyz N the Hood.' "
Block says he wants T.I., Rick Ross, Yung Joc and Young Jeezy to sign on as the film leads, and Trick Daddy to play one of the antagonists.

From AllHipHop.com:
Adult film actress India is gearing up to make strides in the mainstream with a little help from rapper Yung Joc.
The Block Entertainment artist is featured on "2am," the new single from India's debut Hip-Hop album Role Play.
From SOHH.com:
"I have no plans to work with Yung Joc anymore whatsoever," he laments. "He do what he do and I do what I do. When you deal with people who call themselves CEO's and they put the business between the artist and the producer, it messes up the chemistry. When a record makes a lot of money, people who don't even have nothing to do with the record get to playing tug of war. It's one of those situations where it gets sticky. It wasn't my intention to have it go down like that because I broke the dude, but it goes down like that sometimes. That's the game."
I would guess that that CEO comment was probably directed at Block, but... oh well. Not that big a deal.

From AllHipHop.com:

This is a week old, but worth reading, anyway.
Rarely in hip-hop do you see someone coming out clean-cut, positive and having fun. Do you think thats helped with your success?
Definitely. I had a different sound and a different look. I wasnt the average dope boy or thug, so it kind of helped. Hes not wearing what everybodys wearing. Hes hot. It draws people in, and thats what helps create a movement. A lot of people consider me the Southern Ma$e. But before he was Ma$e
He was Murder Ma$e.
Exactly. So there was another element. Just because you dont see it now doesnt mean it dont exist. The different elements are there, but what I reflect I dont wanna portray all those images, so I dont define myself in one. I used to sell dope. I did all that s***. Dont just think Im a good boy. I know better now. Im a grown man now. I got kids. This s*** is for real to me. Im really living my dream right now. All that dumb s*** is in the past.
It looks like Joc will be featured on a track from T-Pain's upcoming album. The track is called "Snappin' (Buy You a Drink)" or simply "Buy You a Drink".
