From Elle Magazine:

The green carpet was not without drama of its own. Taking advantage of being one of the last people to come into the ceremony, Sean "Diddy" Combs took his time, having the press line almost all to himself. And just as his Diddy-ness was pausing to make a grand walk up the stairs for the paparazzi, his former publicist Rob Shuter pushed Jessica Simpson up the stairs ahead of Combs, stealing his thunder. "Rob, don't do that," the rap impresario called. After literally being called on the carpet, there was a happy endingSimpson and Combs posed together for the press.

AllHipHop.com has a great interview with Buckwild where he talks about "I Got a Story to Tell" (Biggie track that he produced), praises Diddy's production talents and clears the air about the supposed lawsuit against Diddy about production royalties:

AllHipHop.com: What about I Gotta Story to Tell by Notorious B.I.G off of Life After Death?

Buckwild: Biggie had three beats to choose from. One of them was one that The Lox wanted also. That record ended up having sample clearance issues, and never came out. Then I come to find out that he chose the one to I Got a Story to Tell. Biggie was a dude that thinks about his lyrics first, no matter what. With the concept and everything he was like, Cool, I could rock with that. ...

AllHipHop.com: I want to build on that and ask you about your opinion of Puffy. What do you think about him as a producer?

Buckwild: PD, Mister Producer extrodinaire. He showed me and a lot of other dudes what a producer really is. He showed the part of production that most dudes never really knew, like, when youre coming in and not even touching the drum machine. Youre shooting ideas like, Yo, this needs to be like this, and No, you gotta do this like this. He showed that part of production that dudes never really knew: You thought just because you made beats, youre the producer? Youre not.

AllHipHop.com: It came out in the news recently that you and several other artists and producers have a lawsuit against him for royalties owed.

Buckwild: Alright. Lets set this straight: Theres no lawsuit thats out against Puff.

AllHipHop.com: Okay, what is it?

Buckwild: The only things thats going on is that dudes havent been paid on a few albums. So, Warner Brothers is getting their books updated so everyone can get paid. I think what probably happened was, in the time that he left Arista, a lot of people werent getting their statements from that point on. [For me], its my part of Life After Death, part of Life Story and any albums that came out after that. Its residuals. Its just a matter of Warner Brothers getting everything updated so everyone can get paid what theyre supposed to. Knowing Warner Brothers, it should be finished in the next few months.

You may recall that Wayne Rooney won a charity auction where he received a weekend at Diddy's mansion in New York and a night of partying with Diddy himself. Well, SundayMirror.co.uk is reporting that it turns out that Rooney is 20 years old - 1 year below the legal drinking ages in the United States. So, he's had to cancel it for the time being. He turns 21 in October.

This isn't new, but it's the first I have heard of it. The May 9 version of Rocketboom featured host Amanda Congdon on the red carpet at the the gala for TIME's 100 Most Influencial people, of which Diddy was named to, of course.

Ms. Congdon spotted Diddy and noticed that he had his own camera guy, taking video. When she asked the fellow what the video was for, he said archivial footage. She actually got to speak to Diddy and this is the result:

Ms. Congdon: What are you gonna do with all this archive footage? I see you have your own cameraman.

Diddy: You know, content is king. So, you know, we've been getting footage for the last 12 years. I definitely wake up and I feel like the people around me - we have a young company, African American based - and we feel we're doing something important and we want to document it to make that if people can see it, especially our people - that they can see it years down the line.

Ms. Congdon: I hope you put online - people will want to see it.

Diddy: Yeah, yeah - no, I'm about to launch Diddy.com. I just got the rights back to my own name online. You know how that is. But, I'm about to launch that in June and there is going to be a big announcement about the content, the special content.

Ms. Congdon: We hope there's video on there.

Diddy: Yeah, yeah - there will be.

Good stuff. Looking forward to it.

MTV News:

"God Willing that's the name of the album," Gravy said. "I got a Jeezy record, a couple of treats. I don't want to put all the guests out there like that. But I got Mase, Diddy, I got some joints. What's so crazy, as I listen to the album, I predicted I was gonna get shot from all the hate I get on the streets."

Could very well be a track called "That's Me" which was on a mixtape/on mixtapes

According to VIBE.com:

Scratch also said that he produced a track entitled Bounce Back, which he hopes makes Diddys new album.

Its a club banger. Busta Rhymes wrote it and hes on the hook as well, says Scratch. I came on that project because I just happened to be in the studio. So, its not 100 percent definite that its going to be on the album right now, but if he (Diddy) doesnt use it, Busta will.
