Here are Bad Boy's spots on the latest Billboard Hot 100 chart.
51. "Tell Me" by Diddy (down from 50).
80. "Come to Me" by Diddy (down from 72).
Cassie mentions that she'll be presenting at the NRJ Awards. She and Diddy are both nominated for awards, as well.
From January 18 through February 3, posting here at Bad Boy Blog will be pretty light as I have some things coming up that will pull me away from the site. But, I will be around and should be able to post some, as well.
From PR inside:
A string of high-profile music stars including SEAN 'DIDDY' COMBS, MARIAH CAREY and SHAWN 'JAY-Z' CARTER could be hauled before a US court to testify on behalf of their jeweller.
chronic magazine has an interview with LV of Grind Music. He talks about Aasim, Diddy and more.
Chronicmagazine.com: Tell me a little about [Aasim]. What can listeners expect to hear from him?
LV: Its new. Its lyricalWere bring emceeing back. Back in the day, people really wanted to hear what emcees had to say. Thats what were trying to bring back. ...
Chronicmagazine.com: Aasims on Grind Music and Bad Boy. What type of role does Bad Boy play in Aasims project? Do they have any creative control?
LV: Its been a good thing. Puff will have his say-so, but he really left it all up to us. This is your s***. This is what you do. ...
Chronicmagazine.com: Whats the most important lesson youve learned so far?
LV: What you get out is what you put in. I learned a lot from Puffs work ethic. Puff never sleeps. Working on his album [Press Play] was the craziest sh*t in my life. I never slept. There were times when I had to just sneak out the studio. Hes a monster in a good way. He works. He doesnt stop. Well work on a record, mix it and take it to the club to see how it sounds. Then, well go back and do it over again. Hes a monster. We just did a remix for him and Lil Wayne. He flew all the way from Toronto to hear the mix. That dude doesnt stop.
He also mentioned that hopefully Aasim's album will be out in May or June. He just finished working on something with Cheri Dennis and he's also working with Mario Winans and Ness.
