From SOHH.com:

Life After Death: The Movie reveals the triumphs and trials of Biggie's close friend D-Roc (real name Damion Butler), and his associates, Lil' Kim and Junior M.A.F.I.A., after Biggie's passing. Narrated by Jamie Hector ("The Wire") and directed by April Maiya, the film follows those who were forced to move on after the 1997 shooting, via their own video footage. The film shows friends and group members as they traveled the world enjoying the fruits of their musical success and later documents the crew's unraveling, thanks primarily to the HOT 97 shootout that put Lil' Kim and D-Roc behind bars.

Check out the movie site and watch the two trailers below:

It is odd that it says that it'll be out July 3 because it's out now. In fact, I actually have a copy. Haven't opened it, yet.

Alloy has an interview with Dyshon Warren (a.k.a Shon Penn), Donnie Klang, DeAngelo Redman, Qwanell Mosley (Q) and Julius Robinson, Jr. (Diddy Boo) from Making the Band 4.

Shon Penn: We also run five miles a day -- that was one of our tasks, and now it's been doubled to 10 miles a day.
Diddy Boo: Somebody [pointing to Donnie] wanted to say a little something-something [and talk back] to Diddy. Diddy told this certain person that he couldn't dance, and he's like, "Oh really?" They had a "moment." So that's why the guys are running 10 miles.
Donnie: It wasn't really directed at him, per se. I feel really bad about that. That's the main thing I regret. But I think I honestly think from the bottom of my heart, I wouldn't still be here if that hadn't happened. I think he took it out of disrespectful towards him. But I did speak up for myself so. It's a catch-22, but now we're all running 10 miles and everybody hates it.

Wouldn't it be kind of funny if someone named Q made it into the group, seeing as he said he wants them to follow in the steps of 112?

I just wanted to mention something new here at Bad Boy Blog - our Feature Story. When we publish a story that we believe is particularly interesting, we'll feature it in the upper right portion of the site (at the top of the black menu). The first feature story is the Making the Band 4, Episode 1 liveblog.

Thank you for reading Bad Boy Blog.

We open to the New York skyline. Diddy comes on, saying that we're back. He's looking for a group to follow in the foot steps of The Temptations, New Edition, 112, Boyz II Men and N*Sync.

Diddy introduces the judges - Michael Bivins (from New Edition), Joe, Bryan Cox, Slam (A&R;), Ankh Ra (vocal coach) and Laurie Ann Gibson.

The first city they are in is Orlando. The judges, minus Bryan Cox, arrive by limo. After going through some singing on the 1st day, the 2nd day is dancing. The first singer we meet in any detail is Dan. The judges are clearing impressed by his singing and then his dancing as he finishes a dance by giving Laurie Ann a high five.

Brian H. is the next singer. He's sung in his church choir. They vote for him unanimous.

Julius is the next singer. Apparently, he just got into singing. He's the son of a pastor and sings in church, as well. The judges disagree on him with Laurie Ann saying she's "saving him" because he's a boy that would get his dreams crushed. So, he sings again, leaving some of the judges in tears. Suffice to say, Laurie Ann is convinced and he seems to be in unanimously.

Dan, Brian H. and Julius are headed to New York. It looks like there was a 4th guy, as well, but we haven't met him, yet.

According to BET, Yung Joc will be on 106 & Park on Thursday. I would imagine that he'll be there to introduce a video for "Coffee Shop", but really, I'm not sure.
