Conrad met with The Flyntstones in Orlando earlier this year and said, "You guys have a special sound" - which was something positive coming from one of the top A&Rs; in the music industry. Rad also handpicked one of the The Flyntstones' hottest tracks, which is armed with heavy drums, a rock "wah wah" guitar riff and raunchy cellos, to give to Bad Boy's Vice President, Gwen Niles, for possible consideration on Cassie's (Next Selection/Bad Boy) upcoming album.
Forbes has released their annual rankings of the most powerful celebrities, the Celebrity 100. Diddy is in at #43, a jump of 36 spots from his ranking of #79 last year, his debut on the list.

AllHipHop.com has an interview with Elephant Man. It was released June 8, but this is the first that I've heard of it. In it, he mentions that Jha-Jha from Dipset is on the album (see below).
AHHA: When I think of your album title, Let�s Get Physical, I think of the Olivia Newton-John song.
Elephant Man: Alright! I�ve got a song like that. We sing back the original Olivia Newton-John vocal. A girl sing it back, and then Elephant Man DJ�ing on it, and you got Zsa Zsa from Dipset so it�s crazy. The album is so moving. When you hear the CD, it�s so moving. That�s why I named the CD Let�s Get Physical because it�s so active and energetic that you can�t sit down. It�s crazy and sexy.

Here are Bad Boy's spots on the Hot 100 this week:
31. "Last Night" by Diddy (down from 26).
For the first time, in a very long time, there are no Bad Boy albums on The Billboard 200. "Press Play" ( last week at 172) and "Greatest Hits (195) both fell off this week. Press Play had been on the chart every week since it was released on October 17 of last year, making for a very nice run (keep in mind that "Hip Hop is Dead", "Kingdom Come" and plenty of other albums were released after "Press Play" and left The Billboard 200 chart before it). If Diddy does released a 4th video (or more), I expect that we'll see the album return.
Jordan McCoy is blogging for Alloy.com. She has already written two entries. Not much to report, but if you want to hear how the tour's going, etc., check it out. There are some photo shoot pictures, as well.
According to a blog entry on her MySpace, she will be doing it for 8 weeks.
Yung Joc's "Hustlenomics" has been pushed back to August 28. No other release dates are affected, however. So, Boyz N Da Hood is the next Bad Boy album scheduled to come out, on August 7.

When asked if the fans are justified in pointing the finger specifically at Diddy for the hold up of her project, Cheri told SOHH exclusively, "People are smart and I am not gonna sit here and say it's his fault or it isn't, but I will say that people are smart. You can look at the situation and it's pretty self explanatory."
It certainly sounds like she is blaming Diddy. At the same time, it's really the first time I can recall her saying anything like this, so you have to take it with salt. Obviously, though, Diddy has a good amount of control over whose album comes out when. So, if an album is delayed, he usually has a hand in it, at least, even if it's in cases where he's forced to delay it (like when someone isn't ready, etc.).
Of course, getting arrested doesn't help anything, either.
The New York Daily News has a brief article on Making the Band 4.
"I thought [the show] was a good idea to educate people to the realities of what it's like to be in the music industry," [Combs] says.
"For a while, I think a lot of people, especially young people, didn't know what my day job was. All they ever heard about was the parties, or who I was dating, or whatever the case was. This was a way to educate future executives, producers and artists. I also thought it would be great for television."
A magazine cover with Diddy on it is featured in a new commercial (well, not brand new, but it doesn't appear to be old) for The Mail on Sunday. Watch it below (the first time you see Diddy is at 00:41).
