InsideNova.com has a feauture on Boris "Can Do" Kuperman from "I Want to Work for Diddy." It has a unique twist in that it was written by someone who held a leadership role in a camp Kuperman attended when he was in ninth grade.

I wanted him sent home after the first week. He picked fights, slept in, skipped activities and spent all his time at the basketball courts.

Sending him home was not an option, my supervisor told me. Boris didn't exactly have a happy home life and camp was the only place where he could find success.

We thrust Boris into some leadership roles, gave him some opportunities to work for (he really wanted to deejay a camp dance). There were certainly some bumps along the way, but by the end of the summer, Boris was one of my favorites. He was funny, had an endearing honesty to him and, when given the right kind of positive reinforcement, had moments where he was a model camper.

Meanwhile, Shari Logan at the New York Post has a quick feature on Laverne Cox and Mic Barber.

"No one came from where I came from and nobody has the hunger I have," Barber says.

"If I can bring anything to the Bad Boy empire, I want to bring a motivated, strong person where he [Diddy] could say, 'Mic Barber is on his grind, and ya'll need to do the same.' "

Last week, I ranked the remaining contestants of "I Want to Work for Diddy," in order of their chances of winning the competition, in my opinion, at that moment. With episode 4 done, here are the revised rankings:

1. Suzanne (Last Week: 1). She continues to manage Kim well and maintain a level head.

2. Mic (LW: 2). Kept goal focused and on track, though his bluntness, if you'd like to call it that, could be a little unproductive.

3. Stefanie (LW: 3). Took a slight hit this week after allowing herself to get dragged into the argument with Kendra, but still maintains the spot.

4. Laverne (LW: 6). Gets credit for being a team player and rolling with the punches while her teammates made, at times, some offensive suggestions as far as how she should act during interviews - though, the meltdown in the grocery store detracts a little bit of that.

5. Boris (LW: 8). Receives a boost for putting himself out there and being a team player, like Laverne. However, he suggested they make fun of him and then was wishy washy about it and difficult when it came time to shoot.

6. Red (LW: 7). He gets a raise because Brianna is out, but otherwise, it's a mixed bag. He appears to care, but sometimes he can be a little condescending and, on top of that, he lets Kim get to him way too much.

7. Kendra (LW: 5). The only person to drop this week. A lot of it is tied to her confronting Kendra in the van. Why? Talking is fine, but you also have to back it up and I'm not sure that her actions are coming through on the show as she'd like.

8. Kim (LW: 9). Still at the bottom spot. She continues to manipulate people and set them up. Ultimately, it is this quality that will backfire.

Eliminated. Brianna (LW: 4). She let Kim set her up as leader of a challenge she had no idea about and she paid the penalty when she was ineffective.

Anyway, that's just my opinion. What's yours? Post your top 8 (or your top 3, if you'd rather) in the comments!

The Cascades Connection has a feature on Boris "Can Do" Kuperman from "I Want to Work for Diddy."

THE SHOW did afford Kuperman a chance to meet Diddy, although not for the first time. He had met him and a number of other celebrities during the two years or so that he worked at magazines like Streetz and Xclusive. "He's crazy. He's intense," Kuperman said. But, he said, "At the end of the day, he has a business mind."

He said he was a fan of Diddy primarily as an entrepreneur, and he viewed a chance to work for him as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that could open doors. Already, Kuperman has come out with his own line of Can Do merchandise, including shirts, sweatshirts, baseball hats, bibs and infant bodysuits.

It took about a month to film the show, he said. Ten episodes have been recorded, four of which have now aired, but Kuperman said there could be an additional twist at the end.

Remember, back in April, when Diddy.com featured two viral videos? I wrote a detailed recap of each. Well, the questions I asked back then were answered tonight on "I Want to Work for Diddy." You see, the creation of those videos was the challenge. The purpose of the fan vote? Deciding the winning team.

In the end, "The Applesauce Bandit" won and Brianna was eliminated.

Watch below for a clip from the next episode of "Making the Band 4." In this portion, Diddy and Aubrey are arguing about her place in the group. Out of all of the girls in the group, I have to say that I am a fan of Aubrey the least. I mean, I like her as artist, but she seemingly goes out of her way to create controversy and bring attention to herself and those around her - in a negative light. It just gets old.

The Birmingham News has an interview with Laverne Cox from "I Want to Work for Diddy".

Compensation, of course, comes from increased public attention, more job prospects, interviews with the media and lots of hits on her Web site.

"People are stopping me on the street, saying 'I saw you on the Diddy show!', and a lot more people know who I am in this business," Cox says. "I also think my presence on TV is sparking a dialogue. Diddy opens doors."

I've decided to start a new feature, of sorts, here at Bad Boy Blog. Following the conclusion of each episode of "I Want to Work for Diddy," I'll rank the remaining contestants in the order of how likely I feel they are to win the competition. Beginning next week, since we'll have some first time rankings to refer back to, we'll discuss how contestants have helped and hurt their chances.

Here are the initial seeds:

1. Suzanne
2. Mic
3. Stefanie
4. Brianna
5. Kendra
6. Laverne
7. Red
8. Boris
9. Kim

So, those are mine, what are yours? If you'd rather not do a full list, how about a top 3?

Check out the clip below. Toward the end, Diddy is walking into what appears to be a club and it sure looks like Boris greets him. This doesn't mean he makes it to the final 5. It could be a part of a challenge (maybe they have to set up a club for Diddy's arrival?) or something, but it's worth taking note of.
