In an interview on FOX 5 Atlanta's "Good Day Atlanta," Gorilla Zoe revealed that his forthcoming third album, "King Kong," has an expected release of late Spring or early Summer. In August, Zoe mentioned that the album would probably be released around the time a third Boyz N Da Hood album was released. Check out the full interview below.

Back before Janelle Monae opted to go the major label route and sign with Bad Boy, she planned a series of four EP albums. They were called the "Metropolis" suites. She released her first, "The Chase Suite," before becoming a Bad Boy artist.

Once she signed, however, the plans changed: an EP re-issue was scheduled with a full length album to follow. On August 12, 2008, "Metropolis: The Chase Suite (Special Edition)" was released. The special edition added two additional tracks.

An iTunes exclusive "Fantastic Edition" followed, offering up a bonus mix of "Violet Stars Happy Hunting!" as well as three videos.

On Twitter, Janelle Monae mentioned that today she began to shoot the first two videos for her next album, "The ArchAndroid," due in stores May 18.

Earlier this month, she debuted two new songs from it: "Tightrope" (featuring Big Boi) and "Cold War."

Rap-Up.com and All Headline News are both reporting that Kalenna of Dirty Money is featured on "H*** Fight" from Trina's new album "Amazin'." The song also features Lady Gaga.

Diddy is also featured on Trina's "Million Dollar Girl" with Keri Hilson (free download). A music video for that track is coming.

"Amazin'" is set for a May 4 release.

It looks like Sean John is updating the classic Sean John Times Square billboard in NYC and Arcade44 got a behind the scenes look at the shoot, as well as interviews with Diddy and stylist Derek Roche. Mark Seliger is the photographer. Watch below.

The Sean John blog says that the new image is set for a June launch. It's probably not coincidental that Diddy's album, "Last Train to Paris," is also due for a June release.

BET has announced that Janelle Monae is among those slated to perform at the 2010 edition of their "Rip the Runway" program. The show will tape on February 27 at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City.

In 2008, the show featured performances by Cheri Dennis and Day26, along with appearances from Diddy and Cassie.
